Please let us know what additional programming you are interested in attending. Registry
Do I have to join the registry?
Yes. Providers can only take Tier One training before they need to join the registry. Other tiered trainings require registry participation.
What is meant by accepting referrals from an external source?
Providers listed in our registry must be able to accept clients referred to them through our website. Providers who are limited to seeing only clients within their own system such as VA patients, in-patient hospital, university or prison systems are not eligible to be listed on our registry.
Can I take one tier training and join the registry?
Yes.
While we encourage all providers to continue with the trainings, you can take only tier one and be listed in the registry. You do this by completing the application for the registry, submitting your paperwork and then being approved for placement in the registry. You do have to be licensed and in good-standing to be listed in the registry
How do I withdraw from the registry?
Please contact sbhpadmin@purdue.edu to request removal from the registry. If you remove yourself from the registry, you will not be able to participate in any additional training sessions.
