Star Behavioral Health Providers is a collaboration of the Military Family Research Institute at Purdue University and the Center for Deployment Psychology at the Uniformed Services University, in conjunction with several state and national organizations, including the National Guard Bureau. Since our beginnings in 2011, we have expanded to 45 states. And we keep growing.
